Key Responsibility : • Prepare detailed architectural and technical shop drawings. • Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, and interior teams to ensure design compatibility. • Ensure all drawings and materials comply with local codes and project standards. • Follow up on-site to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings (Site). • Perform quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation when required. • Review and resolve technical issues arising during project progress. • Prepare As-Built drawings and updates during project phases. • Prepare and approve technical correspondences and Requests for Information (RFIs). • Integrate sustainability and energy-efficient solutions into architectural plans. • Maintain clear communication with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or related field • 3–5 years of proven experience in technical architectural roles. • Strong knowledge in preparing and reviewing shop drawings. • Experience in quantity calculation. • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. • Ability to work on-site and follow up on project execution (Site). • Good knowledge of building materials and technical details. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
