Key Responsibility : • Develop detailed architectural and engineering designs for new projects. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers. • Ensure designs comply with all building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. • Oversee construction phases, ensuring quality and design intent are maintained. • Conduct site visits and inspections as needed. • Perform structural load calculations and coordinate with civil engineers. • Create and review technical reports, cost estimates, and feasibility studies. • Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient solutions into architectural plans. • Prepare presentations and visual materials for clients, stakeholders, and approval bodies. • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution Requirements: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architectural engineering or related field. • Proven experience in architectural design and engineering (4 -5 years preferred). • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software. • Strong knowledge of building materials, systems, and structural concepts. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills How to Apply: Send your CV with recent photo via the following email by mentioning the position you are applying for: Support@tajalsafa.com
