With over 60 years of experience, a workforce of more than 3,000 employees, and 200+ successfully completed projects, HAE has established itself as a trusted EPC and turnkey contractor across the MENA region. *Job Title: Design Engineer & CNC Fiber laser Operator Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Mechanical or mechatronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline. - Minimum 5 years of professional experience, especially in metal fabrication and steel works - Proven experience in using AutoCAD & solid works programs for design of metal works. - Strong knowledge of operating CNC laser machines specially those cutting tubes and pipes - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications. - Very good in English (written and spoken). Key Responsibilities: - good knowledge of metal properties and methods for cutting and processing them. - Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and diagrams. - Knowledge of appropriate machining, cutting, and power settings for various materials and thicknesses. - Preparing and designing engineering drawings and cutting files for the laser machine. - Reviewing dimensions and measurements and ensuring design accuracy before operation. - Converting drawings to appropriate files and formats for the laser machine. - Setting up the machine and adjusting cutting settings according to the type and thickness of the material. - Operating the laser machine, monitoring the cutting process, and ensuring the quality of the results. - Selecting and arranging the pieces on the material sheets to maximize material utilization and minimize waste. - Ensuring that the produced pieces conform to the drawings and required technical specifications. - Making necessary adjustments to the design or machine settings when any problems arise. - Monitoring machine performance and reporting malfunctions or maintenance needs. - Coordinating with the production, quality, and engineering departments to ensure work is carried out according to the required schedule. - Maintaining the laser machine, tools, equipment, and materials under their responsibility. - Recording and tracking production quantities, material usage, and waste rates as needed. Maintaining a clean and tidy work area. - Training employees or assistant operators on proper operating procedures when needed. - Adhering to the company's internal regulations and applicable Jordanian labor law. - Following the company's approved and implemented quality system according to ISO standards. - Complying with occupational safety and quality regulations, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding entrusted items, adhering to labor law and the company's internal regulations, and performing assigned tasks. لمن يرغب بالتقديم يرجى ارسال الـ CV على البريدج الالكتروني r.alqasem@hae.com.jo
