1. Job purpose Achieve the highest company goals. 2. Main Duties and responsibilities ▪ Meetings with Manufacturer, Suppliers, Traders, Logistics companies to discuss and educate them the requirements of importing countries to get Certificate of Conformity for the shipments ▪ Handling all the Manufacturer & Exporters, Suppliers, & Importers who have shipments going to Saudi Arabia to discuss and educate them the requirements of SABER Certificates. ▪ Maintaining a proper brand image by monitoring market trends, keeping a track of our competitors, and developing a short and a long-term business plan. ▪ Build and maintain relationship with manufacture through sales visits, regular sales calls. ▪ Take part in sales and marketing campaigns (trade shows, exhibitions, etc.) ▪ Achievement of sales target given by the management. ▪ Primary responsibilities include identifying, contacting and convincing potential clients making them sign up the Contract for the export to conformity countries. ▪ Liaise with other members of Sales Team, Inspection team, Operation team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism. ▪ Generating new Sales Leads. ▪ Very strong sales follow up and communication. ▪ Working on and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on regular basis. ▪ Preparing financial and technical proposal in coordination with related staff. ▪ Meeting clients to ensure early execution of contracts and discussing any ambiguities they may have. ▪ Closing and finalizing sales lead and issuing of contract. ▪ Customer Relationship Management (after sales). 3. Single assignment Beside the above listed job duties and responsibilities special assignments have to be carried out based on the instructions of the direct superior. Those special assignments are usually connected to the above listed activities or those assignments are a result of the company policy. 4. Authority The incumbent is authorized to take any reasonable action necessary to carry out the assigned responsibilities impartially provided that such action is consistent with sound of the company and cost-effective practices and consistent with position guidelines as outlined above. 5. Education Bachelor degree as minimum. 6. Work experience At least 2 years’ experience in sales in certification discipline. 7.
