Production Engineer – Mafraq Factory Petra Engineering Industries Co.; a market leader in the design and manufacture of high quality commercial and industrial HVAC equipment; seeks to hire Production Engineer at Mafraq Factory with the following: Main Duties: • Develop and manage production planning system. • Follow up all QC findings and make sure all points close, make directly corrective action to not repeat this problem. • Follow up with logistics department the shipping dates for projects. • Manage and lead continuous improvement projects to improve productivity of production. • Follow up all production phases from the start of the production to shipping date. • Develop KPI system to monitor production output, capacity utilization, average duration time and load. • Follow up safety and environmental issues. Qualifications: • BSc. in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering. • Minimum 5 Years of related Experience. • Has the ability to deal with the Technicians. • Very good command of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Able to work under pressure. • Very good interpersonal skills.
