Job Location: Riyadh, KSA. Title - Workstream / team member ( Infrastructure Strategy ) Workstream team member role working primarily on developing a city wide Infrastructure. strategy. The candidate will be working directly with senior stakeholders, conduct reviews and prepare reports. Location: Local Authority in Riyadh, KSA - work is on site with the team (1 day remote depending on base location) Experience: Years of experience would be around 6-10+ years experience Typical activities would include – 1. Review Infrastructure strategies for major utilities (e.g roads, water, power, natural gas) 2. Conduct current reviews and benchmarks 3. Conduct meetings with stakeholders 3. Drafting reports (both internal and external) and Board level presentations Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning. Advanced certifications in Infrastructure planning is desirable. 2. Strong knowledge of various Infrastructure systems, including transportation, utilities and urban development. 3. Strong communication skills, presentation (ppt) and report drafting/writing 4. Strong stakeholder management (highly sensitive given the type of external clientele i.e. HH) and able to navigate political environments 5.
