We are building a team to support a reputable Saudi Business Solutions provider. We are seeking a top-performing Enterprise Architect to join our team and contribute to our Saudi client success. This role is pivotal in shaping digital strategy, aligning IT capabilities with business objectives, and driving sustainable growth and competitive advantage through digital transformation. Responsibilities: ● Responsible for all Enterprise Architecture components including principles, frameworks, governance, and EA tools. ● Oversee the implementation of Enterprise Architecture projects. ● Develop and maintain the organization’s enterprise architecture framework, incorporating principles and practices from both NORA and TOGAF frameworks. ● Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to address them. ● Lead the development and execution of the organization’s digital transformation strategy, in alignment with business goals and objectives. ● Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define the vision, goals, and roadmap for digital transformation initiatives. ● Conduct comprehensive assessments of current IT systems, processes, and capabilities to identify opportunities for digital innovation and improvement. ● Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage in the digital space. Requirements: ● Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar degree. ● 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture. ● Proper knowledge in NORA framework and Digital Transformation Standards. ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic ● TOGAF or other relevant certificates is a must.
