sign Manger/ Officer required for a Real-Estate/ Investment Company in Riyadh: - 1. Responsibilities: - • Manage the establishment of Designing guidelines. • Design Management, Coordination, and design review. • Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the project. • Manage the project preliminary concept design and conceptualization as per development planning manager directive. • Develop initial plans and present concepts/creative ideas to the team for new project development. • Develop realistic concepts that are able to meet and exceed market expectations in identified opportunities. • Prepare initial design for the feasibility. • Prepare project program, project deliverables and request for proposal. • Liaise effectively with consultants and advisors to ensure effective communications related to new ideas and designing concepts. • Resolving client concerns and issues, Meeting, coordination and presenting the design to them. • Aware of local codes/ regulations and authority process. 2. Qualifications • Professional qualifications in architecture, urban and town planning. • 12- 18 years experiences in a similar role with a strong exposure to all aspects of major real-estate development projects design. • Good skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Presentation (3DS studio max, photoshop, Sketchup, power point, etc.) • Previous experience in Real Estate or design consultants • Transferable Iqama Please send CV to aabuayyash@yahoo.com
