Job description Company Description 2p2c Project Management Consultants specializes in project planning and scheduling, project control systems, claims, and risk management for Civil and MEP clients. Our claims management services include identifying claim cases, analyzing their impact, substantiating events, and negotiating resolutions to manage delay-associated risks effectively. In the area of project controls, we offer comprehensive performance monitoring, including data collection and analysis, reporting of key project indicators, and recommendations for optimal actions. We also provide program revisions, delay recovery, subcontractor management programs, and conduct periodic meeting presentations to ensure project success. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Construction Contracts Engineer. The individual in this role will oversee contract administration, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, manage claims and risk assessments, and analyze project performance. Key responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts; identifying risks; maintaining documentation; and coordinating with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met efficiently. Qualifications • Expertise in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts using FIDIC forms of contract. • Strong understanding of claims management, impact analysis, and risk mitigation processes • Knowledge of project control systems, scheduling, and performance monitoring techniques • Familiarity with Civil and MEP-specific construction projects • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment • and meet project deadlines • Formal education in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience in managing construction contracts in the Middle East is a plus Experience Requirement: 7 - 10 Years of Experience Proficiency A strong command of English Language is essential Please send your CV to the following email address: john.gonzales@2p2c.ae
