Has experience in the infrastructure industries, and has procurement/materials management experience on mega projects. Coordinates with other functional Managers to ensure correct implementation of the project material specifications and standards. Plans, coordinates, and directs the procurement/materials work and procurement/materials staff. Approves the procurement plan to ensure the efficiency, quality, and performance of materials procurement to meet project objectives. Must have thorough knowledge of procurement/materials practices, economic principles, international codes and standards, procedures, and specifications.
