We are looking for position Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to work in engineering company based Amman-Jordan. Requirements: 1- Mechanical Engineering. 2- 03 - 7years of previous experience in Mechanical Estimation(HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) 3- Awareness of estimating processes for MEP works. 4- Must be able to read building plans and have knowledge of all Mechanical specifications. 5- Experienced in Computerized Bill of Quantity generation, estimation, Labor cost and rate analysis, and all other related activities. 6- Knowledge of AutoCAD &Excel is essential. Candy Software is a bonus 7- Able to perform take off quantities from drawings. 8- Prepare/ send inquires to suppliers, Sub Contractors and obtaining appropriate quotations. 9- Familiar with prevailing market rates. 10- Familiar with ASHRAE & SMACNA, NFPA & Saudi Building codes & Standards  11- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with team members 12- Fluent in English Language (writing, reading, conversation) 13- have an experience in construction projects such as (Hotels, hospitals, towers) in big projects Fit & Interested please share your CV to basman@petrarecruitment.com
