1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 2. 2-4 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in civil construction projects related to Power Transmission with exposure to HV GIS Substations. 3. Knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, standards, and best practices in the context of Power Transmission projects. Additional Skills: 1. Certification in QA/QC (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus. 2. Familiarity with construction materials and testing procedures.
