The ideal candidate will bring in-depth engineering knowledge and hands-on project execution experience, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that meets both timeline and budget constraints, the candidate must have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to buildings projects (Industrial Building and Water Tanks Preferrable) Key Responsibilities Apply strong civil engineering expertise to oversee technical deliverables within the project scope. Analyze and solve complex engineering problems, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and client requirements. Monitor project delivery in accordance with the approved baseline schedule and budget. Coordinate onsite and off-site project activities, ensuring alignment across technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Prepare and review technical reports, documentation, and design drawings. Conduct workload assessments and provide timely support to meet critical project deadlines. Demonstrate high proficiency in contract law and construction contract management, particularly in buildings projects. Collaborate closely with project management to align KPIs and implement effective performance tracking. Utilize engineering software such as AutoCAD and MS Office to support technical and administrative tasks. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSc/BA) from a recognized university. 10-15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in buildings projects Strong understanding of local and international engineering standards and contractual frameworks. Proficient in MS Office and engineering software tools (AutoCAD or equivalent). Demonstrated excellence in communication (spoken and written), with fluency in English. Experience in drafting and reviewing technical reports, procedures, and policies. High organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
