Person specifications  A degree in Mechanical Engineering.  Jordanian Nationality  With at least 3 years relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing in an Engineering company preferably on HVAC products or accessories such as pumps, motors, electrical items etc.  Knowledge in Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) design and specifications.  Prior experience in a relevant industry at any gulf country is a definite advantage.  Preferably with a driver’s license or capable of driving a vehicle.  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications  Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.  Sales oriented and proven track record in Sales.  Good networking and customer service skills.  Good interpersonal skills. SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT  Fulfill the Sales Target as defined in the Annual Sales Target in order to ensure Company’s expectation are delivered in line with its Business Plan  Develop and obtain new contracts / sales with government and business entities.  Maintain a healthy backlog of bids & success rate of converting bids to orders.  Liaison with the different Business Units (e.g. Unitary & Applied etc.) for possible new projects.  Network and interact with the different businesses / government agencies or departments for new possible ventures / business.  Develop and expand the dealer networks for Cool care Parts products.
