Job Vacancy: Quality Manager We are a leading company in the solar energy and construction sector, seeking to hire a highly qualified Quality Manager to join our leadership team in Amman. Position Title: Quality Manager Number of Vacancies: 1 Required Experience: More than 5 years in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, including proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Renewable Energy). Professional certifications in Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 are a plus. Key Responsibilities: Establish and develop the Quality Department from scratch, including preparing the Quality Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for all projects. Oversee internal and external audits and ensure full compliance with all requirements. Evaluate suppliers and contractors in terms of quality and provide recommendations. Review technical project documents and ensure compliance with approved standards and specifications. Lead and manage the quality team, including training new employees and enhancing their technical and managerial skills. Prepare periodic quality reports and present them to senior management. Monitor non-conformance cases and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, especially ISO standards (particularly ISO 9001). Familiarity with international solar standards (IEC 61215, IEC 61730). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, and documentation systems. Excellent leadership, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
