Department Operations/Project Management Reports to Project Manager Purpose & Scope This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems and components in various projects. This role will involve collaborating with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure that electrical systems are safe, efficient, and compliant with the engineering/construction industry standards and regulations. Main Duties & Responsibilities • Develop electrical system designs and schematics for all the projects. • Create detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates for electrical installations and modifications. • Oversee electrical installation work to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of electrical components. • Monitor project progress and budget, making adjustments as necessary to stay within scope and schedule. • Ensure all electrical work meets UAE regulatory standards. • Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems to verify proper functionality and safety. • Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites to minimize risks and hazards. • Update and maintain documentation related to electrical systems, including as-built drawings and maintenance records. • Perform regular quality checks and inspections to ensure that work meets specified standards and requirements. • Address any discrepancies or issues identified during inspections and coordinate corrective actions. • Perform regular quality checks and inspections to ensure that work meets specified standards and requirements. 2 • Address any discrepancies or issues identified during inspections and coordinate corrective actions. • Implement Testing, Commissioning and handing over of the electrical systems to client and related authorities Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • 7+ years of attested UAE experience in large / medium scale projects • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. • Good oral and written communication skills. • Valid driving license is a plus. على من تنطبق عليه الشروط ارسال CV على الايميل التالي: jobs@jea.org.jo
