Location: Saudi Arabia Company: Leading MEP & Construction Projects Firm We are seeking talented Estimation Engineers to join our growing team in the following specialties: - Mechanical Estimation Engineer • Electrical Estimation Engineer Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (depending on specialty). • Experience: 1 to 4 years preferred. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided their graduation grade is Excellent or Very Good. • Strong knowledge of estimation processes for MEP works. • Ability to read building plans and understand technical specifications. • Experience in Bill of Quantity preparation, cost estimation, labor rate analysis, and related activities. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel (Candy software is a plus). • Skilled in quantity take-offs from drawings. • Ability to prepare/send inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors and obtain quotations. • Familiarity with prevailing market rates. • Knowledge of relevant codes and standards: • ⁠Mechanical: ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, Saudi Building Codes. • Electrical: SEC, Saudi Building Codes. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with team members. • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
