*Applicants should meet the following Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. -7 to 10 years of experience in preparing tender documents for infrastructure projects. *Key Responsibilities: -Prepare various tender documents, including general and special specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ). -Solid knowledge of different types of contracts (such as FIDIC) and the preparation of claims. -Experience in reviewing and preparing technical specifications related to infrastructure works. -Familiarity with contractual disputes, arbitration, and settlement procedures.
