Job Title Sales Engineer Essential Job Responsibilities • Establishing new effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full products & services offering, and align to provide a solution. • Improving and maintaining the relationship with existing and potential customers, providing timely solutions for customers about their needs. • Developing and maintaining the customer database, strengthening the area coverage of business, and focusing on the development of the market. • Providing technical support and product training to partners and customers. • Preparing customer contacts, and building and maintaining a customer-focused network. • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. • Prepares and negotiates projects and proposals in cooperation with the Sales Manager. • Generating sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries. • Present and offer energy-saving solutions for customers using company tools. • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education. • Liaising with other members of the sales team and technical team. Education Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechatronics / Electrical / Industrial Engineering Location In any of the company Branches Experience Minimum 2 years in the industry sales General Skills • AutoCAD • Working knowledge of MS Office. • Excellent communicator & analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner • Strong time management skills • Team player, but willing to accept responsibility • Positive attitude and enthusiastic • Highly motivated and uses initiative • Co-operative and helpful at all times • Able to participate in a successful, committed and highly motivated team • Ethical and trustworthy • Excellent Languages Very good written and spoken English Employment Type Full-time Working Days Saturday – Thursday Other Conditions Excellent health Valid Manual Driving License Be prepared to work extra hours when required Circumstances Ability to travel For interested candidates, kindly send us an email with your CV to info@younes.com.jo
