Position: Inspector and First Reviewer - Industrial Engineer- female Location: Amman Shmasani Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: - Fill and review inspection forms for exporters, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations. - Utilize the portal system to upload completed inspection forms and associated documentation. - Conduct thorough reviews of inspection reports, verifying the correctness and supporting evidence. - Collaborate with inspection personnel to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies. - Monitor and maintain an organized database of inspection forms and associated records. - Stay updated with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the inspection industry. - Provide support to the inspection team and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in filling and reviewing inspection forms. - Proficiency in using portal systems and software for data management and documentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the inspection industry.
