We’re looking for an Estimation Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical & Civil) to support construction and infrastructure projects by preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender documents, and contributing to competitive bid submissions across multiple engineering disciplines. Responsibilities - Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs - Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and pricing breakdowns - Coordinate RFQs and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations - Support bid submissions, clarifications, negotiations, and project handover - Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities - Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering - Experience in construction or contracting estimation - Strong understanding of tendering and estimation methodologies - Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOQs Work Mode: On-site (Amman, Jordan – supporting Saudi Arabia projects) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Mid-level to Senior Send your resume to: recruitment@qualify-you.com
