HAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager of projects related to water and/ or irrigation networks or treated sewage effluent (TSE) projects Job Title: Project Manager 3 vacancies Required Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. 2. Minimum 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 10 years as a Project Manager in similar positions under the projects related to water and/ or irrigation networks or treated sewage effluent (TSE) projects 3. Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects from commencement to completion. 4. Strong knowledge of project management, contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. 5. Good understanding of FIDIC Conditions of Contract and international engineering standards. 6. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills. 7. Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken). Key Responsibilities 1. Manage the overall execution of the project to ensure delivery within the approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. 2. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. 3. Lead and supervise project staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. 4. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives. 5. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, technical specifications, QA/QC procedures, and HSE standards. 6. Liaise with the Employer, Engineer, government authorities, and other project stakeholders. 7. Prepare and submit project schedules, progress reports, and contractual documentation. 8. Manage project costs, variations, claims, and project close-out activities. 9.
