1) Area Service Manager & Service Manager  specializing in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.  Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a large HVAC manufacturing / servicing with at least 4 years’ experience in a supervisory role.  Proven experience in Chiller & other Industrial HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance.  Preferably with a Driver’s License.  Good communication skills in English (and preferably Arabic) language.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.  Results and Customer Service Oriented person. 2) Area sales manager  Degree in Mechanical Engineering or in any relevant field.  Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Sales at an HVAC maintenance company with at least 4 years experience in a supervisory role.  Preferably with a valid Driver’s License in GCC countries.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and ERP Systems.  Good Communication skills in English and Arabic language.  Business Acumen and Financial awareness.  Good Networking and presentation skills.  Willing to travel between areas / regions regardless of weekends or holidays. 3) Area Contract manager  Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) is a must.  Minimum 10 years of professional experience in contracts managements in a large MEP construction firm with at least 5 years experience in a managerial capacity.  Solid familiarity with district cooling, water treatment and electric power utilities.  High familiarity with GCC market, its current practices and standards in the execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) aspect of the job.  Solid experience in managing the preparation and assessment of Tender lists and documentation, pre-qualification selection, formulating scope of works, BOQ preparation, pricing, scheduling and time management, tender reconciliation, and have knowledge and experience in market forces and construction trends.  High level of commercial, contractual and cost awareness in engineering and construction.  Strong planning, organizing and project management capabilities. Proven negotiating and communication skills in English. Know how to read a balance sheet and perform basic financial reporting.  Able to manage effectively and strategically multiple sites and multiple clients.  Able to strategically manage and maintain good working relationships with customers and other relevant businesses.  Able to provide leadership to manage client expectations and drive the delivery of targeted goals 4) Service Engineer  Degree in Engineering, specializing in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.  Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a large HVAC manufacturing / servicing with at least 2 years experience in a supervisory role.  Prior experience in a relevant industry in any Gulf Country will be a definite advantage.  Proven experience in Chiller & other Industrial HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance.  Preferably with a Driver’s License.  Good communication skills in English (and preferably Arabic) language.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.  Results oriented and having a good Customer Service Orientation 5) QAQC Engineer  Degree in Mechanical Engineering  With at least 4 years experience in a QA / QC function at a construction or light engineering organization.  Knowledgeable in inspections and material Testing.  With sound exposure in Quality Control and its different tools equipments and systems.  Exposure in ISO 9000 standards / systems and in the different Quality Analysis tools.  An understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods.  Good Technical writing skills and highly analytical.  Excellent attention to details and results oriented.  Good judgment, diplomatic and have a good interpersonal skills. 6) HVAC Engineer  A Degree in Mechanical Engineering, specialization in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning  Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in Design and Engineering of Mechanical / Electrical works for HVAC retrofits in large HVAC manufacturing/servicing company or in organizations having special HVAC applications of which two years’ experience should have been in similar position.  Excellent grasp of engineering and design principles.  An understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and AutoCAD.  Certification / participation in Technical Workshops and Seminars.  Experience in large HVAC installation / projects will be an added advantage  Customer service orientation  Technical excellence in engineering and design for HVAC and Chiller systems in particular related to service retrofit projects. 7) JD_HSE Safety engineer  A Degree in Mechanical Engineering.  Minimum 3 years’ experience in Health and Safety. With HSE standards certification from an international governing body.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and ERP Systems.  Good Communication skills in English and Arabic.  Analytical skills.  Attention to Details
