The Project Manager will be responsible for providing Pre Contract Client Side PM and Post contract Construction Management for the Architectural and Build disciplines for the a Major masterplan developments, Small retail, Residential, Commercial etc. Responsibilities Work with the internal client team, architects and engineers and manage the pre construction stages of development, tendering strategy and key build aspects for delivery. Advise on cost expectations and document progress, and quality reporting on potential changes and claims, risk and changes to scope of work. Project Reporting of work progress, site issues and resolution. Chair weekly progress meetings, create contractor and engineer interface. Track and/or monitor technical submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, or change orders and other similar documents etc UAE Based Degree in Civil, Architectural or Construction Management preferred. 10 + years In Project Management working for Project Management, Construction Management consultancy firm or Client side.
