We are looking for a Sales Manager candidate ( Mail/Femail) for KMC Controls ME, location will be in Amman Jordan. He or she should be willing to travel around the region (if needed). They will also develop, implement, and evaluate the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. Responsibilities • Support the learning and development of the sales team • Coordinate with partners to generate and meet with prospective leads • Track and report all sales activities • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis. • Meet and exceed sales targets • Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers Qualifications • Degree of Engineering (Electromechanical or Automation) • 2-5 years quota carrying sales experience • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience managing partners in the region • Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Can you please share this in your database?
