Job title: Technical Manager Location: KSA Brief: MEGS is seeking for a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in the design, technical material preparation, and Technical Marketing (First Sales activities) of our company's solutions across KSA. Main Responsibilities: • Design and Technical Support for both ongoing and new projects • Technical Marketing and First Sales for Specific Projects by interacting with consultant and client for Project creation and development. • Networking, Branding, Internal and External Training. • Preparing the preliminary technical submittals for the suitable solutions and products. • Collecting the design requirements from the reports/ drawings/ specifications • Preparing all technical material related to the company scope of work. • Preparing the bill of quantity and all designs needed for the cost analysis. • Reviewing the technical parts in the contracts and the quotations made by the sales team. • Control all technical issues such as conducting the meetings in the construction sites. • Make the required analysis needed to measure against the performance measurement baseline. • Assisting the technical knowledge to the sales team through conducting the regular training and technical evaluation for them, • Making the required coordination to get the needed support from the partners. • Ability to use AUTOCAD, and MS software (OneNote, Excel and Word) • Monitoring and controlling the ongoing projects; drawings modifications; work certificates, MAR, WIR and other projects documents • Having the knowledge and the ability for development in using MEGS solutions through collaboration with manufacturers in MSE walls, construction over soft soils, landfills, roads and transportation, slope stability, Rockfall mitigation solutions and other fields • Participating in local and international conferences and conducting the technical presentation and workshops. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, construction, or similar. • A good level of English language (technical writing and conversation) • Great written and verbal communication skills. • Candidate should have more than 5 years’ experience. • Willingness to work within various industries and in different conditions. • Additional certificates or licenses may be required. • Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design. • Great leadership and organisational skills. • Superb project management skills. • Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects. • A willingness to learn Job Type: Full-time Please send your CV to hr@megs-me.com
