We’re on the look for an “Optimization Tem Leader” to join our team in the #Jordan. Responsibilities: • Manage a team of RF optimization engineers, ensuring successful project completion. • Develop and implement strategies to optimize RF performance. • Analyze network data and identify areas for improvement. • Optimize specific network elements like base stations and antennas. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align optimization projects with network objectives. • Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery. • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. • Foster relationships with vendors and external partners. • Stay updated on RF optimization trends and technologies. • Communicate project status, results, and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in RF optimization in a telecommunications or wireless communications environment • Strong understanding of wireless network architecture, radio propagation, and signal processing for the 3G, 4G, 5G and Wi-Fi • Experience with RF optimization and planning tools and software, such as TEMS, NEMO, Accuver, Actix, or Atoll • Experience in handling Single Site Verification (SSV), clustering, benchmarking field and back-office activities Apply today by sharing your CV to careers@waseela.com
