Available Positions 1️⃣ Lead Civil Estimation Engineer • 5–8 years of experience (Construction / Contracting) • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering • Experience in Saudi Arabia projects is highly preferred 2️⃣ Lead Electrical Estimation Engineer • 5–8 years of experience (Construction / Contracting) • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering • Experience in Saudi Arabia projects is highly preferred 3️⃣ Mechanical Estimation Engineer • 2–5 years of experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering • HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing experience • Saudi Arabia experience is a plus 4️⃣ Document Controller • 3–5 years of experience in construction projects • Experience with document control systems (Aconex / Procore / SharePoint) 5️⃣ BIM Modular Engineer • 2–5 years of experience using Revit • Background in Architecture / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (MEP preferred) • Experience in modular construction projects is highly preferred • Knowledge of clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks) is a plus • Strong BIM coordination and modeling skills ????
