Key Responsibilities • Supervise and execute on-site installation works for solar PV projects, including electrical, mechanical, and structural activities. • Review drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure proper implementation. • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth site operations and material management. • Monitor progress, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain detailed project documentation. • Lead testing and commissioning of PV modules, inverters, transformers, and related systems. • Manage and perform operation and maintenance (O&M) activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, performance monitoring, and reporting. • Analyze system performance data and coordinate troubleshooting to minimize downtime. • Ensure all site works comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, or Renewable Energy Engineering. • 3–5 years of experience in solar PV installation, commissioning, and/or O&M. • Strong understanding of PV system components, electrical networks (LV/MV), and grid connection requirements. • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and PV analysis tools (e.g., PVsyst,). • Excellent communication and team coordination skills. • Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
