Job Vacancy We are looking for an (Engineering Trainer) to join our team, with the following requirements. The Role: As an Engineering Trainer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll deliver hands on bench-fitting training to maintenance personnel of all levels and experiences. You’ll be responsible for creating a friendly and supportive environment for development. Day to day, you’ll: * Carry out training processes * Develop, coordinate, and perform Electrical and Mechanical technicians training and qualification plans * Provide maintenance and operation training on electrical and mechanical equipment * Train Electrical and Mechanical technicians * Partners on administration processes and engineering reporting requirements. * Teach basic Engineering hand skills to maintenance technicians, including fitting, drilling and grinding * Focus on Health and Safety * Maintain classroom control * Update training documentation * Work in line with all policies and S.O.P.s   Essential experience of the Engineering Trainer: * Good craft/technical skills * Previous experience of engineering /using hand tools * PC literate with PowerPoint, Word, etc. * Use of analogue measuring equipment is desirable * Previous training experience is must, you should bring your technical, development, supporting skills
