Noor Alfalaq Co. is a leading establishment based in Amman, Jordan, specializing in comprehensive lighting design, smart automation systems (including LOYTEC lighting control and Delta BMS), and high-standard electrical solutions. As we continue to expand our regional and international operations, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Electrical Engineer (Male or Female) to join our engineering and sales support team. Position Overview We are looking to hire an Estimation and Design Engineer who will play a vital role in bridging technical design with commercial execution for our diverse portfolio of indoor, outdoor, industrial, and smart building projects. Key Responsibilities • Prepare accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities (BOQ) for lighting systems and electrical projects. • Develop competitive technical and commercial proposals for bidding and tender purposes. • Review, analyze, and respond thoroughly to complex tender documents. • Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure optimal, innovative lighting solutions. • Provide robust technical support to our sales and execution teams. Qualifications & Requirements • Gender: Male or Female. • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. • Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on professional experience in a similar role. • Core Technical Skills: o Lighting design and system estimation. o Proficiency in AutoCAD. o Mastery of Dialux for professional lighting calculations. o Familiarity with 3Dmax and SketchUp is an advantage.
