Suhaib Bin Aamer Global is looking to hire Business Development Engineer with the following Qualifications and Skills: Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor's degree in Engineering. • 2 -3 years of experience with business development (contracting field; Contracting/private sector) • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Working experience with sales techniques. • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. • Proven ability to plan. Responsibilities: • Find new customers within the contracting sectors and regions (private sector). • Increase the share of the company business contracting. • Qualified business opportunities and close deals. • Align with company vision, mission, strategy, and offers. • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and clients. • Assist in keeping all official and technical documents in the right formats and up to the latest version. • Cooperate with Business Development Manager to develop and enhance the work processes. • Creating and maintaining solid relationships and making business decisions. • Planning ways to grow the business, find areas of client needs, manage business negotiations, and review and approve other business decisions. • Provide weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports. • Maintain a strong and healthy sales/opportunities pipeline.
