Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Automotive Engineer to join our team at Al Hammad Cars Accessories. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are passionate about automotive technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field. The trainee engineer will work closely with our experienced technicians and support staff to learn the ins and outs of automotive maintenance and repair while contributing to the overall success of our shop. Responsibilities: • Assist in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues in vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians. • Handle inventory management, including maintaining accurate records of stock levels, ordering parts as needed, and organizing the shop's inventory. • Manage client lists and car lists, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. • Assist in routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid checks. • Learn to use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot automotive problems effectively. • Provide administrative support to the shop owner, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to client inquiries. • Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing the shop's overall performance and advancing its capabilities. Requirements: • Good command of English and Arabic, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites, with strong organizational and computer skills. • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. • Strong desire to learn and develop skills in automotive maintenance and repair. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude. • Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from senior staff members. • Responsible and reliable, with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
