The role of the individual will demand the following main activities: Responsibilities • Coordinate daily project activities with the Project Manager, both verbally and in writing. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules to track the progress of activities. • Issue site memos to site engineers when necessary. • Inspect project sites to monitor achieved progress and ensure alignment with the approved work schedule. • Conduct daily meetings with the Project Manager to address any arising issues. • Maintain daily communication with the engineering and technical staff on-site, providing summaries of completed work and the day’s work plan. • Identify project requirements and issue purchase orders accordingly. • Evaluate, allocate, and manage all project resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials. • Supervise and guide labor force activities. • Prepare and analyze project cash flow and compare it with various contract transactions. • Investigate damages, incidents, and delays at construction sites to ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken. • Study all contract documents, drawings, and specifications to determine the most suitable execution methods. • Oversee the preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings during handover. • Conduct work inspections and snagging. • Ensure the availability of qualified and sufficient labor across various site disciplines and follow up on labor distribution based on work needs and reports from site engineers and foremen. • Review daily reports from site engineers and the general foreman to verify work progress, ensure timely material supply, and resolve any site issues. • Review, evaluate, and circulate monthly reports and work schedules. • Oversee the preparation of reports for the supervising authority and the client. • Prepare daily work schedules and follow up on execution the next day, verifying alignment between overall progress and the work plan. • Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure proper monitoring of their work activities. • Follow up on material requests needed for construction, ensuring all items are requested in advance to avoid delays and maintain steady project progress. Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus). • Degree from a recognized university with a strong academic record. • 10+ years of total experience, with at least 10 years in water network projects. • Strong technical knowledge of wastewater and related regulatory standards. • Proficiency in project delivery under Build contracts, and working knowledge of FIDIC Golden Book & Red Book • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to write technical reports and develop project documentation. • Strong command of MS Office tools and data reporting techniques. • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail. • Proven ability to manage schedules and budgets across large-scale infrastructure projects. • Residency in Balqa, Jordan is preferred. يرجى ارسال CV الى البريد الالكتروني recruitment@hae.com.jo
