GRC Factory Operations Manager Opportunity in Qatar A reputable Group of Companies in Qatar is seeking a skilled GRC Factory Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and workforce management. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards of GRC products. Oversee the maintenance and optimization of machinery and equipment. Develop and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Production efficiency and throughput rates. Quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect rates, customer complaints). Cost management and waste reduction.
