Master’s degree in Management is a plus PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 20 years of experience in the field of Facilities Management out of which: • 10 years are spent in a technical hands-on position. • 10 years are spent in a Senior Managerial position. Proven experience is managing projects of similar size and scope. Proven experience in the following FM fields: • Implementation of advanced CAFM systems including but not limited to: Defining work processes and workflows Establishing SLAs and implementing KPIs Uploading structural data Defining advanced reports and performance dashboards • Hands on troubleshooting of electromechanical systems including but not limited to: HVAC Water Treatment Systems Airport specific equipment / systems such as X-Ray Scanners, Baggage Handling Systems, etc. Medium and Low Voltage Systems Electrical Control Systems Structural Systems Roads and related infrastructure Steam systems Etc. • Managing technical and operational teams with the purpose of achieving specific objectives. POSITION OVERVIEW The FM Director is responsible for establishing and executing the Maintenance Strategy for a major O&M Project in Riyadh, KSA. The Maintenance Strategy includes but is not limited to: Establishing the O&M vision over the short, mid and long terms. Defining specific O&M objectives for the short, mid and long terms. Designing new effective maintenance work processes, policies and procedures. Implementing the technological platform to run the maintenance work processes. Leading a team of Maintenance Engineers and FM professionals towards maintaining and continuously improving maintenance work processes. Managing a group of specialized O&M contractors in Hard and Soft FM. Aligning the specialized subcontractors with the set O&M Vision and Objectives. Creating a positive working environment with a special focus on QHSE aspects. Driving improvement throughout the organization on the organizational, operational, technical and quality levels.
