Department Operations/Project Management Reports to Project Manager / Procurement Manager Purpose & Scope This position is responsible for overseeing the procurement process and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. Collaborating with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at optimal prices with a very good strategic sourcing, negotiation, and ensuring the smooth flow of supplies for successful project execution. Main Duties & Responsibilities • Managing the end-to-end procurement process for engineering projects • Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers for favorable terms • Collaborating with project managers to understand material requirements • Ensuring timely delivery of materials and components for project milestones • Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance and addressing issues as needed • Managing the procurement process from project initiation to completion • Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams for project success • Negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effective material acquisition. • Adhering to project timelines and budget constraints • Implementing procurement best practices for optimal efficiency Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Procurement Engineering or related field • 7+ years of experience in large / medium scale projects and engineering projects • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. • Familiarity with procurement software and industry nest practices • Good oral and written communication skills. • Valid driving license is a plus. على من تنطبق عليه الشروط ارسال CV على الايميل التالي: jobs@jea.org.jo
