Job Summary: A tier (A) general contractor is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Proposals Engineer with 7–10 years of experience in civil engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting quantity take-offs, and supporting tendering processes to secure new projects. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review technical proposals, assist in preparing commercial proposals in line with project requirements • Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications • Perform quantity surveying and cost estimation for civil works • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during bid preparation • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and ensure accuracy of calculations • Assist in pricing strategies and risk analysis for bids • Ensure compliance with client requirements • Maintain proper documentation and records of all proposals Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required) • 7–10 years of relevant experience in proposals, estimation, or tendering Skills & Requirements: • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) , AutoCAD. • Solid experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. • Good command of English (reading and writing) • Excellent attention to details • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Good communication and teamwork abilities • Familiarity with local and international construction standards Location: Amman Employment Type: Full-time for submitting cvs via email : recrutement.2026@outlook.com
