Key Responsibilities • Review tender documents • Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimation (materials, manpower, equipment, subcontractors). • Prepare technical and commercial proposals / quotations. • Analyze supplier & subcontractor quotations, perform comparative rate analysis. • Develop detailed man-hour estimates, equipment usage, and labor allocations. • Liaise with procurement, design, project teams, and clients. • Perform risk analysis and value engineering. • Assist in bid clarifications and pre-bid / post-bid meetings. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. • 4–8 years of experience working on HV Substation, OHTL, and UGC projects. • Prior experience in tendering, knowledge in HV projects ( Substations: GIS & Power Transformers...Etc.) are preferable. • Experience working in the Saudi Arabia (KSA) market is advantageous. • Proficiency in relevant tools: e.g. Excel for cost / man-hour modeling, quantity take-offs, and BOQ analysis.
