Job Description The After Sales Service Engineer will be responsible for meeting the service maintenance and repair needs for the Company fields & products. Essential Job Responsibilities Troubleshooting, On-site Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance and Repair. Complete Preventative Maintenance. Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner. Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location. Provide customers training. Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management and marketing/sales. Timely complete and submit all required paperwork Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of After Sales Service Engineer Education Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering Location In any of the company Branches Experience Minimum 2 years in the industrial Electrical Field General Skills AutoCAD Working knowledge of MS Office. Excellent communicator & analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner Strong time management skills Team player, but willing to accept responsibility Positive attitude and enthusiastic Highly motivated and uses initiative Co-operative and helpful at all times Able to participate in a successful, committed and highly motivated team Ethical and trustworthy Excellent Languages Good written and spoken English Employment Type Full-time Working Days Saturday - Thursday Other Conditions Excellent health Other Conditions Excellent health Valid Manual Driving License Circumstances Be prepared to work extra hours when required Ability to travel Kindly send us an email with your CV to info@younes.com.jo
