Procurement and logistic Officer We are looking to hire Procurement and Logistic Officer – female to handle the following Tasks: Procurement : • Prepare purchase orders and ensure that the terms and conditions of purchase orders are met. • Ensure that all delivery requirements, specifications and payment terms are met. • Issue purchase orders based on instructions from business account manager. • Issue the shipping instructions based on instructions from logistics manager. • Track procurement and shipments and ensuring smooth running at all times. • Ensure that all documents received are checked then filed into the correct and appropriate file to facilitate retrieval at a later date. • Goods return & recall processing. • Process repairs/loans requests. • Prioritize shipments to avoid any penalties that may arise due to delay of shipments. • Deal with any problems that may arise and refer to the direct Manager for any unresolved issues taking deadlines into account. • Process all training requirements. • Prepare monthly report for purchasing vs. target progress. • Ensure that records and files of pending and current shipments are always up to date. • Create and maintain an organized and clear filing structure. • Send weekly report for Open Orders. Logistics • Arrange process shipments and organizing • Manages cargo shipments by air , sea,& land in line with international regulations • Selects cost efficient and reliable mode of transportation, including the choice of forwarder, shipping line that guarantee a safe and quick transportation • Responds efficiently to all shipping requests from headquarter • Ensures that the required documentation is correctly established. • Coordinates with the receiving end, required shipping documents and the timely release of the cargo • Contact vendors and/or claims adjustment departments in order to resolve problems with shipments • Following up with the Jordanian services SAAR account statement, in terms of payments settlement, & cooperate with financial Dep. • Coordinate closely with the logistics/shipping Company/agents for scheduling and booking shipments to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery Trainings • Making all the necessary visa arrangements in Jordan , including Transportation, hotel booking , accompanied the guests for visa application offices or Embassy • Preparation at Visa application pre required documents • Keep organized files , • Preparing shipping & training reports whenever requested • Resolve any arising problems or complaints SAP Tasks: • Post PO, A/P reserve Invoice for each order • PO of service Invoices (Repairs) Requirements: - Minimum three years of experience . - Good Knowledge in SAP , ERP system . - Bachelor degree in Industry Engineering or Bio Medical Engineering , Chemistry or pharmaceutical . -Good time management and organizational skills -Strong written and verbal communication skills Email : hr@saarmedtec.com
