The project is high end 5 stars hotel and it is located in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. We need two (2) engineer: one engineer will be a “Construction Manager” and the other will be a “Site Engineer”. The Construction Manager needs to have: • 10 – 15 years experience as construction manager for high-end hotels (Four Seasons, Hilton…etc.) • Strong knowledge of Contract management and Cost control • Experience in project planning and control • Good command on project scheduling programs (Primavera) • Fluent in English communication The Site Engineer needs to have: • 7 – 10 years experience as site engineer for high-end hotels (Four Seasons, Hilton…etc.) • Experience in project follow ups and expediting • Good command on project scheduling programs (Primavera) • Fluent in English communication send cv : dr.mohammad@albabcompany.com
