to work as a Product Owner who will be responsible for understanding the needs of the product managers and business leaders and the strategic direction of the organization, and leading a program of research and development to deliver a Software Solutions which meets those needs. The Product Owner works with the business, Interaction Designers, Visual Designers to design, develop and deploy the solution to the markets. Responsibilities & Scope: 1. Responsible for collating information from various stakeholders (both internal and external) and developing an overall solution vision Collaborate with business analysts to transition the business requirements to technical requirements. 2. Define Software release plan and scope with platform lead / Marketing / Design/ Engineering teams. This position will be the single voice on SW releases to assure engineering deliverables are meeting the needs of the business. 3. Responsible for decomposing the product into a number of Stories, which make up the Product Backlog. Working with the team and the business, he is responsible for creating a Release and Iteration Plan based on the Backlog. 4. Implement processes, practices, and tools allow for multiple paths of delivery. (Create simplified, consistent, reusable, efficient and flexible methodologies.) 5. Recommend improvements and drive alignment across the Engineering organization 6. Looking out for ways to make solutions more beneficial to the user, extend presence and improve the business using new technology advances. 7. Responsible for developing and updating the product roadmap. This may require the Product Owner to interface with other Product Owners to ensure that there is roadmap alignment. Skills & Qualifications: a. A bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience is required. b. 2-3 years of requirements management, software engineering, and software development experience. c. Agile technical project management of multiple software releases. d. Good knowledge in clarifying any acceptance criteria, work with program lead, technical lead. e. Demonstrated work with scrum masters to identify and resolve impediments. f. Requires effective communication with cross-functional teams and management. g. Knowledge of the system design procedures and the ability to translate functional business requirements into an application system. h. Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain our business. i. Collaborate with the system, customers, and other stakeholders: develop and leverage relationships with stakeholders to appropriately stretch and impact the business. j. Aware of technology advances – new technology changes in the dental and IT world could mean changes in how we deliver solutions.
