Supply Chain Senior Supervisor A reputable company looking to hire Supply Chain Senior Supervisor. This candidate will coordinate all aspects of Stocks for assigned department. Responsibilities: • Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock • Oversee storage of products • Coordinate regular inventory audits • Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions) • Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments) • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory • Analyze data to anticipate future needs • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Industry Engineering , Logistic Sciences or any related field . • Working knowledge of computerized inventory control systems (ERP, SAP). • Working knowledge of PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel). • Familiarity with medical and surgical supplies and equipment. • Experience in working with senior executives to both present and prepare communications and presentations • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication & facilitation skills.
