Has experience in the infrastructure industries, infrastructure industries and has cost estimating experience on large to mega projects. Assists the supervising Estimating Engineer to coordinate with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Cost Estimating Engineers to ensure correct implementation of cost estimating procedures and requirements. Reviews and closely monitors the development of the cost estimate to ensure objectives are met.
