Job Description: • Monitor and guide Feed Mill Factory team members and take immediate actions and decisions to ensure achievement of agreed department objectives; • Dispatch production schedule on feed mill employees and ensure proper production of feed mixes; • Check the raw material stock level at each mix and ensure proper update of Stock Report; • Prepare and send necessary reports and records to the accounting department inclusive of Pre-mix and mixes reports, delivery records, receive records, daily production and other necessary information; • Ensure proper training and knowledge transfer to team members on all areas of the job; Conduct regular checkups for the feed mill machines and ensure application of all necessary preventive maintenance. In case of persisting problems, request external maintenance and follow up on necessary actions; Job Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical Engineer or Agriculture Engineer (poultry section) • 5+ years experience in Feed mill management • Age: Between 35-38 • Good in English Send your CV to hr@jordantalent.com Please write the position in subject
