Has experience in the infrastructure industries, infrastructure industries and has cost estimating experience on mega projects. Coordinates with other functional Managers to ensure correct implementation of estimating procedures and requirements and has overall responsibility for estimating activities. Must have thorough knowledge of cost estimating practices, calculation methods/software, standards, procedures, and specifications.
