Job Title Job Family Reporting Line Career Stream Sales Engineer Sales Chief Operating Officer Expert/Specialist (E/S) Mission Statement Prepare and deliver technical presentations and documentations explaining products to customers and prospective customers. Work closely with customers and their engineers to assess their power quality challenges and needs of solutions and determine system requirements. Collaborate with field operation teams to coordinate site surbvy and assessments for the customer facility. Secure leads and opportunities and turn them to orders to reach the company targeted revenue. Main Accountabilities Customer relations: Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Sales plans: Prepares sales plans to management. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls. Sales: Creates added value for the customer and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques. Marketing: Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers. New market opportunities: Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration. CRM: develop and manages CRM system for the company. Offer preparation: Prepares offers and proposals in coordination with the field operations team and engineering. Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
